Bath & Body Works

Metairie, LA

Out of town General Contractors often need a reliable sub to get the job done. MRS reached out to us and our team was able to meet the tight deadline for this Bath & Body Works build out at Lakeside Mall.

Major highlights: Cold-formed metal framing, suspended gyp board ceiling systems, temporary barricades, wood blocking, drywall, plywood sheathing, drywall finishes.

Veolia Lab Expansion

Darrow, LA

This industrial project involved an addition to an existing chemical lab at the Veolia Chemical Plant. The Gulf Coast Green Construction team handled all exterior and interior metal framing, drywall and acoustical ceilings.

Major highlights: Exterior cold-formed metal framing, interior framing, door frames, wood blocking, exterior sheathing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceilings.

NAPOLEON AVENUE MEDICAL BUILDING

NEW ORLEANS, LA

Gulf Coast Green Construction was contracted by Corporate Realty to overhaul the first floor of an 8-story medical building. This commercial project involves a complete renovation of the lobby area and the elevator system.

Major highlights: Demolition of existing floor, tile work installation, linear wood wall paneling and ceiling system renovation, and overhaul of the elevator cabs

Ashley place apartments

denham springs, LA

Following the Baton Rouge area flooding, Gulf Coast assisted residents with many rebuilds. The project at Ashley Place Apartments consisted of 60 apartments units effected by the flooding and in need of reconstruction. Our team worked in conjunction with North Star Recovery to see that the project was completed in a timely manner and to the quality expected.

Belle Meade Shopping Center

Gretna, LA

This commercial project involved the complete design and interior build-out of a nail salon.

Major highlights: Comprehensive overhaul of utilities, installation of decorative details, and state-of-the-art nail station ventilation

Russell B. Long Federal Courthouse

Baton Rouge, LA

This project involved fully renovating a jury box and a conference room for a Federal District Court Judge. The Gulf Coast Green Construction team also installed a door system, steps, and railings for the U.S. Marshals Service.

Major highlights: Demolition of existing door, custom-built walnut cabinets and moldings, level five finishes, installation of new storefront, and incorporating new brick work into existing brick and granite

Nims Studio

Elmwood, LA

Gulf Coast Green Construction joined the Stallings Construction team to complete the Nims Studio project. This commercial project recaptured the exterior space for a new lobby build-out.
